Who creates this beautiful product range?

Each of our products are thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches by Emma. Check out the 'Meet Emma' tab.

What is the product shelf life?

The shelf life of Nature's Creations products varies by item, with a minimum shelf life of nine months. Each product is clearly labeled with a "Best Before" date to ensure optimal quality. To preserve freshness, and quality, store our products in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight.

Do you have a shop?

Natures Creations is based in Ngaruawahia, Waikato. We allow pick up's and you are welcome to schedule a visit to view our product range in person. Simply send a message through the 'Contact' tab to arrange a visit.

ORDERING:

I am having trouble placing my order, who can I contact?

Please touch base with me directly via the 'contact' tab and I will assist you with your order.

What are my payment options?

We accept the following payment types:
Credit Card, Debit Card, Afterpay, Apple Pay & Google Pay

What if I don't have a credit card?

We also accept Bank Deposit via Direct bank transfer, in the payment options during checkout. Pre-arranged pick up, cash is accepted. Please touch base with us if required, via 'Contact ' tab.

SHIPPING:

When do you send my order?

Orders are shipped within two business days.
We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.

What is the shipping timeframe?

3 to 5 working days for New Zealand.
5 to 10 working days for Australia.
These delivery times are a guide only.
Delivery to rural and remote areas may take longer.

Can I stock your products in my shop?
